School Application Forms
In response to enquiries from parents about who would be dealing with High School Application Forms while Simon Hunt is unavailable, we have drawn up a set of guidelines below for your reference:
All Parents
Parents are reminded that the selection process for schools is an involved one and that Church attendance is one of many criteria which the authorities consider. For the Church to support a High School application, parents must know that they must continue with regular Church attendance up to and including the process of application, and then afterwards until past the successful application or appeals processing.
Attendance by a parent at least twice a month is a minimum requirement.
Of course, we sincerely hope that parents would be attending Church primarily for the purpose of worshipping God and would continue to worship with us.
Parents who are involved with Church activities and are contributing to the life of the Church in leadership and assisting will be credited with that.
NB. Parents need to be aware that attending social events, being in the Rose Queen retinue, supporting Church fetes etc., or attending uniformed events are not qualifying factors in the process.
September 2012
Reference forms for the school year commencing September 2012 now need to be returned for assessment. Please return them to:

September 2013 and 2014
Parents preparing for High School applications for September 2013 or 2014 must complete an attendance card and continue to record each time they attend from now on. This will give them ample opportunity to be included in the statutory cover required and for us to be able to adequately confirm it.
It may seem a long way ahead, but two years evidence of attendance is required as a minimum.
Thank you.
